From 5pm, Jack Lewis will be taking over our kitchen! If you’ve been around Adam and Embers for a while, there’s a good chance you’ll already know chef Jack Lewis as he’s been part of the journey pretty much from the beginning. Away from Embers, Jack is a Culinary Development Chef, creating and developing food for some of Europe’s biggest food and restaurant brands. A big part of his job is looking at what’s coming next — new flavours, ingredients, cuisines, and the trends that are shaping the future of the food we will be eating next. And that’s exactly what this evening is about. Jack’s taken some of the food trends he thinks we’ll be seeing a lot more of and given them his own spin — big flavours, global influences, a bit of smoke, plenty of fire and, most importantly, food you actually want to eat. Welcome to Jack’s take on the future of food.
