Who Are black sky blade co.?
Since 2025, Black Sky Blade Co. have been based at the Greenwood Centre alongside our cafe. Gareth, owner of Black Sky Blade Co. has worked with Adam to create the perfect set of three knives.
Adam and Gareth have developed a bunker knife, chefs’ knife and slicer, all showcasing an exclusive cherry wood handle for this collaboration only. If you know Adam, you know how much he loves cherry wood for smoking food and to flavour his rum too!
THE SET
BUNKER
The Bunker is our version of a petty knife, a small nimble utility pairing knife. It’s a good all-rounder to have in your kitchen or outside when BBQing.
SLICER
This beast is the absolute dream for prepping and slicing big pieces of meat. Adam had briskets in mind for this one! Featuring a sharp point at the end of the knife, perfect for scoring meat too.
CHEF’S KNIFE
Used for slicing, dicing, chopping, mincing and scoring. This Chef’s Knife is heavier and longer than the Bunker, with a curved belly designed for rocking against the cutting board.
